Job Summary

The Area Manager will be responsible for executing the strategy for Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) and Construction Finance (CF) business at Godrej Housing Finance. This role focuses on driving sales growth, establishing distribution networks, and enhancing customer relationships to achieve regional profitability and promote business development.

Responsibilities

• Sell Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) products for the organization.
• Plan & execute the LRD strategy monthly/quarterly to ensure regional P&L goals are exceeded.
• Create a distribution network by onboarding potential channel partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and individual clients to support business growth.
• Manage customer relationships effectively to nurture them for Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
• Structure and present LRD cases for decision-making.
• Ensure completion of Pre-Disbursement Due Diligence (PDD) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) servicing for customers, assisting in collections.
• Drive customer centricity and foster a culture of customer satisfaction across team levels.
• Maintain database and Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting regularly.
• Cross-sell insurance and related products.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution, preferably with a specialization in sales and marketing or finance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in selling LRD products.
