Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Executive to manage order dispatch operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will coordinate with logistics partners, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate shipment documentation to support smooth order fulfilment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage order packing and dispatch as per schedule.

 

Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

 

Maintain dispatch records and update tracking details regularly.

 

Ensure accurate documentation and proper labelling of all shipments.

 

Coordinate with stores and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow.

 

 

Requirements:

 

2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.

 

Strong coordination and communication skills.

 

Proficiency in MS Excel and dispatch management systems.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
