Job Summary

The Sales Leader will drive the organization’s sales strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships. This leadership role involves mentoring a high-performing sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing clients and drive new client acquisition.
  • Be responsible for retention, churn management, and Client Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of 5, driving sales strategy, pipeline execution, and individual development.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the VP Sales on sales initiatives and performance assessments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience, specifically in AI platforms for large Indian enterprises.
  • Proven Track Record: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the manufacturing process industries.
  • Familiarity with sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Experience

At least 10 years in sales, preferably focusing on B2B SaaS solutions, with a proven record in the AI sector.
