Role Overview<br />
The Regional Sales Manager – West will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing Moxie Beauty’s offline distribution network across West India. This role requires a high-ownership, execution-focused leader who thrives in zero-to-one market building, distributor management, and field team development.<br />
You will own end-to-end regional sales performance including distributor appointments, team hiring, target achievement, market execution, and retail expansion.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
1. Market Expansion & Distribution Development<br />
● Build Moxie Beauty’s offline distribution network across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Goa<br />
● Identify, appoint, and onboard strong channel distributors<br />
● Establish and scale General Trade / Modern Trade presence<br />
● Drive retail universe expansion and numeric distribution growth<br />
2. Sales & Revenue Ownership<br />
● Own primary and secondary sales targets for the West region<br />
● Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth<br />
● Monitor sales performance through structured review mechanisms<br />
● Ensure healthy stock rotation and inventory planning<br />
3. Field Force Management<br />
● Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing field sales team<br />
● Design beat plans, coverage plans, and productivity benchmarks<br />
● Set KPIs, incentives, and performance tracking systems<br />
● Conduct regular market visits and joint working with team members<br />

4. Execution Excellence<br />
● Ensure strong in-store visibility and brand presence<br />
● Drive merchandising, schemes, and promotional activities<br />
● Monitor competitor activities and market trends<br />
● Ensure discipline in reporting, data accuracy, and sales analytics<br />
5. Stakeholder Management<br />
● Act as a bridge between distributors, field teams, and central leadership<br />
● Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners<br />
● Align regional execution with national strategy</div>

Key Requirements<br />
● 6–10+ years of experience in offline FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care sales<br />
● Proven experience in distributor-led sales model<br />
● Experience building teams and new markets from scratch<br />
● Strong understanding of primary vs secondary sales dynamics<br />
● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities<br />
● Willingness to travel extensively across the region</div>
