Job Summary

The Founder’s Office – Strategy & Execution role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder/CEO and senior leadership team. This role combines strategy, analytics, business performance management, and cross-functional execution, providing exposure to key decision-making processes and organizational growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Business Performance & Analytics

  • Own and manage weekly/monthly business performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Track key metrics across Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, Finance, and Customer Experience.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify business trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop actionable insights to improve productivity, profitability, portfolio quality, and operational efficiency.

• Strategic Planning & Problem Solving

  • Support the Founder and leadership team in strategic decision-making.
  • Translate business challenges into structured analytical frameworks and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business analysis.
  • Prepare decision-support materials and strategic reviews.

• Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Drive high-priority strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and resolve execution bottlenecks.
  • Track outcomes and measure business impact.

• CEO & Leadership Support

  • Prepare presentations, management reports, business reviews, and executive summaries.
  • Support leadership meetings with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in monitoring strategic priorities and organizational goals.

• Board & Investor Relations

  • Support preparation of Board presentations and investor updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data.
  • Track action items and follow-ups from Board and investor meetings.
  • Assist in developing business narratives and performance summaries.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Founder’s Office, Analytics, or related fields.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ownership mindset and attention to detail.

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • MBA/CFA/CA (completed or pursuing) would be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with data analysis and business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Industry preference in NBFC, Financial Services, Consulting, Startups, and Fintech.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or related fields.
