Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced taxation and FEMA Compliance Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for the preparation and filing of various types of International taxation & return filing , and the preparation and filing of returns under FEMA law. along with workable knowledge of financial statements.

Qualification requirement – a CA with an experience of more than 5 years in international taxation and advisory across various jurisdictions.

About the role:

1. The candidate will be responsible for NRI client taxation related queries.
2. Providing Personal Tax advisory and implementation services.
3.  Handling Tax litigation involving assessments, writs, tribunal, and high court.
4.  Ensuring FEMA / RBI Compliances.
5.  Preparing and filing Tax returns for our clients.
6.  Preparing advisory on taxation of financial products in different jurisdiction
7.  Assisting the Products head on Financial Product research (equity and Debt ) from compliance/ taxation and reporting perspectives
