Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our Data Exchange Team. This role will focus on building and maintaining data integration solutions across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on Dell Boomi, Oracle Database, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will bring a mix of hands-on technical expertise and an understanding of Healthcare data workflows, especially Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end data integration workflows using Dell Boomi and Python.

• Design and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient and secure data exchange between internal and third-party systems.

• Write, enhance, and optimize complex PL/SQL stored procedures within Oracle databases.

• Refactor and modernize legacy Pick script-based ETL logic.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to ensure data accuracy, lineage, and completeness.

• Support the migration of legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Translate business logic from the Healthcare RCM domain into effective data transformation rules and mappings.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Dell Boomi (ETL/Integration Development)

• Proficient in Oracle Database and PL/SQL

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

• Familiarity with Python scripting for data transformation

Good to Have:

• Experience with Unix Shell Scripting

• Knowledge of Pick Script or similar legacy ETL technologies

• Understanding of the Healthcare domain, particularly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Integration roles

• Prior experience in the Healthcare industry is highly desirable

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
