Job Summary

The Shopkeeper (Front End) will be responsible for managing the customer-facing aspects of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient service. This role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining product displays, and supporting the overall daily operations of the shop. The shopkeeper contributes to customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the business.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and support as needed.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end, including shelves and displays.
• Replenish stock and merchandise products to maximize visibility and appeal.
