You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of applied ml across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of model deployment across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of feature engineering across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of experimentation rigour across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of python engineering across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Fintech or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in applied ml, model deployment, feature engineering.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
