Job Description

As a Brand Management Executive at All Things Baby, your role encompasses responsibilities related to managing and enhancing the presence and reputation of a portfolio of brands across both online as well as offline channels. By effectively managing brand identity, customer experience as well as strategic partnerships, you would contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of our business. RESPONSIBILITIES:  You would be the relationship lead for a portfolio of key brand partnerships  You are responsible for end-to-end ownership and execution of growth strategies for your brand portfolio and for its presence across:  Our retail platform (www.allthingsbaby.com)  Our online marketplaces (Amazon, Tata Cliq, Myntra, Nykaa, FirstCry, etc.)  Our offline retail footprint (Mothercare S-i-S, EBO’s)  Our general trade outlets across India  You would own and execute product launches, brand-building campaigns and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility and recall; this would be driven through close collaboration with our site, e-commerce, marketing, operations and customer service teams  You would own the customer experience across channels; this includes ownership and updation of each brand’s product catalog, content bank and storefronts - these would be accomplished in strict adherence with brand guidelines; you would also promptly address relevant customer queries or grievances  You would own inventory procurement as well as inventory health for your brand portfolio  You would regularly analyse and report on key performance metrics (revenue, profitability, traffic, engagement) to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives undertaken, as well as to identify and execute on areas for optimization  You would formally report on monthly brand performance and marketing insights to each of your brand partners. QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree in any stream; an MBA is preferred, but not mandatory  2+ years of brand management or brand marketing experience, preferably within the e commerce industry SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:  Strong execution management abilities  Excellent problem-solving skills  Excellent client relationship management skills  Effective planning and prioritization  Proficient analytical and business presentation skills  Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
