The Area Manager – Cross Sell is a results-oriented and self-motivated professional responsible for sourcing Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Teams (DST) and self-sourcing. The role also emphasizes cross-selling a variety of financial products to existing customers, contributing to the organization’s growth and customer engagement goals.
Responsibilities
- Source LAP and Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Team (DST).
- Utilize tele-sales leads, walk-ins, and the existing customer base to generate business.
- Drive cross-selling by pitching relevant loan products, such as Personal Loans and Business Loans, to LAP/Mortgage customers.
- Engage with internal teams, including branches and tele-calling units, for lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of loan applications.
- Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory norms.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales.
- Hands-on experience in direct sourcing through DST and self-sourcing.
- Proven ability to cross-sell loan products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of secured loan documentation and processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Skills related to financial product knowledge and sales strategies would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
Experience
