Job Responsibilities

 

● Identifying and acquiring commercial locations to establish future stores

● Responsible for relationship management with regulatory authorities, corporate & trade customers

● Overall management of retail stores including setting and meeting the sales revenue targets as per defined plans

● Responsible for brand presence & penetration through retail stores

● Preparing a structured system of market feedback on a product, product range, and customer service expectations with the objective of building business and growth from the stores

● Input on trade promotions like loyalty programs, special schemes & promotions

● Month-wise sales vs. target results in value terms & percentage growth /drop monitoring

● Territory-wise sales achievement -percentage & value, Product wise sales achievement

● Conducting research on consumer behaviors, operation activities, and industry trends to enhance performance

● Identifying, recommending, and implementing new policies, processes, and systems required to achieve the organization's goals and business plan

 

The Ideal Candidate

● You must have high-street retail experience as well as an understanding of apparel

● Proven experience in a senior management role within a large or multi-site retail business

● Stakeholder management at the most senior level

● Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing a team
