Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Marketing Executive to accelerate growth and maximize advertising performance. This role will contribute to the organization's goals by managing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, primarily focusing on Amazon Advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across the Amazon Marketplace.
  • Drive marketplace growth through data-driven performance marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS), sales, conversion rates, and overall advertising efficiency.
  • Manage and scale paid campaigns across:
    • Amazon Ads (Primary Focus)
    • Google Ads
    • Q-commerce advertising platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement testing strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketplace, content, and creative teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, advertising tools, and platform best practices.

Qualifications

  • Must-Have:

    • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
    • Strong expertise in Amazon Ads and Amazon marketplace advertising.
    • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on:
      • Amazon Ads
      • Google Ads
      • Q-commerce advertising platforms
    • Strong understanding of campaign metrics, attribution, ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion optimization.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver results with minimal supervision.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good to Have:

    • Experience with Meta Ads.
    • Prior experience working with a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or consumer brand.
    • Familiarity with marketplace growth strategies and digital commerce ecosystems.

Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Amazon and digital commerce platforms.

Environment

  • Full-time role located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with a work-from-office policy, operating five days a week.
