Job Summary

The Tungsten Total Agility Developer is responsible for leveraging the Tungsten TotalAgility platform to design, develop, and implement automated workflows that enhance business processes. This role is pivotal in integrating various systems and utilizing advanced document processing technologies to drive efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Expertise: Utilize solid understanding and experience with the Tungsten TotalAgility platform for its design and development.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows using low-code tools to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Document Processing: Work with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies to automate document-heavy tasks.
  • Integration: Integrate TotalAgility with other systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Agile Methodologies: Collaborate in an Agile development environment, employing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to the platform and its applications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Apply experience in industries that rely heavily on document processing, such as financial services or insurance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with the Tungsten TotalAgility platform.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and low-code development tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
