Job Description
OB Responsibilities of OTA (Online travel agency) Director:
Own the OTA revenue delivery across international market
Business Acumen: Exhibiting strong ability to structure problem and solve them Close collaboration with Revenue teams to assess cost impact and calculate return on investment.
Data Analysis: Comfortable in handling large sets of data to derive insights and identify opportunities
Overseeing and expanding OTA listings throughout India, International market including the introduction of new OTAs and effective management of existing distribution channels.
Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Actively engaging with important stakeholders such as Business, Performance, Revenue, Technology, Product, and External OTAs.
Strong Ownership of PnL and Operational Execution: Demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to execute operational tasks efficiently.
Tech Systems and Product Understanding: Possessing a comprehensive understanding of technical systems and product management. Collaborating with product teams to launch new features, resolve bugs, and evaluate tech products.
Team Building and Leadership Skills: Demonstrating exceptional team-building and leadership abilities, with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in managing teams of 5-7 members.
Preferred Experience with OTAs: Previous experience working with OTAs would be advantageous.
