Position Summary:
The Chief People Officer is a crucial role in the current stage of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. You will be in charge of the overall HR operations, including talent
acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Oversight of operational HR (payroll, recruitment, appraisal, benefits, compliances etc)
• Organisational structuring
• Conflict resolution
• People policies and processes
• Defining firm-wide culture and values strategy
• Oversight of development paths for employees across levels

Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in strategic planning
• In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
• Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
• Good understanding of labour legislation
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Education & Experience:
• A bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a
Business-related subject
• Minimum 12 years of prior work experience in the field - VP of HR or similar role with a
minimum of 7 years of experience in a management role.
