Job Description

Treasury

• Overall treasury management with timely availability of funds
• Update of daily fund position
• Planning and Forecasting of fund requirements with the CEO and the finance team
• Planning and Forecasting of repayments or principal and interest to be paid to lenders as per their timelines and working with the finance team to ensure the same.

Banks & NBFCs

• Overall relationship management
• Raising funds by borrowing from banks and NBFCs at competitive rates
• Raising funds by PTC, CP, NCDs, and other market instruments at competitive rates
• Negotiating credit terms and legal documentation

Rating Agencies

• Credit rating management including all the required documentation
• Relationship management

Mutual Funds, Investors, Investor Groups, Co-Lending & Family Offices

• Raising funds from Mutual Funds, investors, investor groups and family offices will be an added advantage
• Negotiating investment/credit terms and legal documentation
• Relationship Management

Regulatory & Compliance
Good understanding of the legal and compliance environment in India
