Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities of The COO Include<br />
• P&L Responsibility as per desired region.<br />
• Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall<br />
direction.<br />
• Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy<br />
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the DOOH advertising enterprise within the<br />
designated zone.</div>
<div>• Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or<br />
organization.<br />
• Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.<br />
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the<br />
designated zone.<br />
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the designated zone.<br />
• Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the company's operations in the<br />
designated zone.<br />
• Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals<br />
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and<br />
implement necessary changes.<br />
• Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.<br />
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking<br />
opportunities.<br />
An Ideal Applicant<br />
• The candidate should have a management / COO / co-founder background experience.<br />
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field from Tier 1 school.<br />
A master’s degree is preferred.<br />
• Minimum of 18-20 years of experience in operations management, marketing, and sales,<br />
with at least 8 years in a leadership role.<br />
• The person should have a proven track record of building teams, driving growth, and scaling<br />
up business.<br />
• Exemplary communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a<br />
team.<br />
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />
• In-depth knowledge of the DOOH advertising industry.<br />
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<br />
• Reporting to the CEO / Founder Directors.</div>
