Job Description
Key Responsibilities of The COO Include
• P&L Responsibility as per desired region.
• Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall
direction.
• Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the DOOH advertising enterprise within the
designated zone.

• Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or
organization.
• Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the
designated zone.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the designated zone.
• Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the company's operations in the
designated zone.
• Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and
implement necessary changes.
• Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking
opportunities.
An Ideal Applicant
• The candidate should have a management / COO / co-founder background experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field from Tier 1 school.
A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 18-20 years of experience in operations management, marketing, and sales,
with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• The person should have a proven track record of building teams, driving growth, and scaling
up business.
• Exemplary communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a
team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the DOOH advertising industry.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
