We help ambitious entrepreneurs build iconic global businesses. About the Role We are looking for a self-starter program manager to enable operations across marketing at Accel. The ideal candidate has a rounded understanding of the marketing ecosystem, how it functions, with prior evidence of work that impacts business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have: ● 3-5 years experience in marketing at a startup/consumer tech brand. Prior agency experience is preferred but not required. ● The ability to get things done fast as a core skill set. ● Be highly curious about the roles of people you work with, to enable them. ● Excellent project management skills with the ability to work backwards from deadlines. ● Numeracy. Be good with numbers, and better at understanding it. ● Grasp of best-in-class tools and where they can be used in the marketing tech stack. ● Relationships with key vendors across video production, social media, etc. ● Intention to to build a superlative experience for founders across all touchpoints. Responsibilities Include: Marketing operations 1. End-to-end ownership of new projects within marketing: from concept to execution 2. Enable seamless execution of existing projects at Accel, in content & operations 3. Bring an execution & creative-first mentality for all key projects from leadership 4. Contribute operationally across content, events, and programs (Accel Atoms). Brand Measurement and Attribution 1. Consolidate data sources; work with Accel’s data team to build a robust system 2. Manage tooling and instrumentation of our marketing stack 3. Build and maintain relationships with agency partners for different parts of our stack 4. Set up the best mechanism for qual and quant surveys for Accel 5. Reporting impact of marketing activities—at individual & team-level *** Accel in India | Private & Confidential
