Job Summary

We are building a tech-first NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) platform. This role involves developing the core systems that power lending workflows, APIs, and decision engines, contributing to the company's innovative approach in financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Own loan lifecycle systems from start to end.
• Implement workflow orchestration using Step Functions and state machines.
• Design event-driven systems to ensure scalability.
• Handle data-heavy APIs and backend workflows effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience in system design and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of AWS services including ECS, S3, and IAM.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Educational qualifications: BTech or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Understanding of fintech industry standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
