• Designation: Regional Head – Retail Sales (Kerala)
• Experience: The incumbent should have 10–12 years of experience in driving retail sales within the asset management space, with a strong track record of AUM growth, team handling, and managing multiple branches across the region.
• Role Overview: The role will be responsible for leading retail distribution across Kerala, building and strengthening relationships with distributors and retail clients, deepening market penetration, and driving consistent AUM growth. The incumbent will oversee regional sales planning, forecasts, and budgets; pursue key prospects; negotiate commercial terms; and ensure strict adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements while improving market share.
• Reporting to: Zonal Head - Vasudevan Desikachari
• Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
• Universe: AMC background preferred
• Compensation: Fixed - 30 to 40 LPA
