Be well versed in the B2B sales process for dry fruits (raisin, cashew,<br /> pistachio, almonds) and spices (red chilli, black pepper, white pepper,<br /> cardamom, bay leaf).<br /> 2. Have relationships with buyers in companies dealing in F&amp;B production,<br /> snacks, spices / food ingredients, re-packers and resellers.<br /> 3. Map buyer demand, seasonality, critical buying parameters, spec sheets.<br /> 4. Execute the B2B sales plan till CM3 level.<br /> 5. Crisis management: troubleshoot day to day issues and close issues timely.<br /> 6. Manage AR &amp; AP within agreed TOT.<br /> 7. Experience managing a long trading book will be a plus.<br /> Quality:<br /> 1. Be aware of product quality in terms of spec sheets.<br /> 2. Engage with the supply team to manage the end-to-end supply chain<br /> (storage, transportation, primary processing, and logistics).<br /> 3. Be well-versed with procurement maps.<br /> Data<br /> 1. Consolidate the global &amp; local crop balance sheets for all commodities in the<br /> portfolio.</div> <div>2. Prepare market outlook reports on availability, supply channels, demand,<br /> pricing.<br /> 3. Manage the P&amp;L of the portfolio &amp; prepare monthly review reports.<br /> 4. Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.<br /> Others:<br /> 1. Should have managed 3-10 member teams in sales, procurement, and<br /> quality.<br /> 2. Data oriented &ndash; be able to capture numbers in accounts and use that as a<br /> source of truth.<br /> 3.
