Job Description

  • Monitoring performance of ASM & TSMs in the assigned region
  • Training of Internal & Dealership Team on Sales
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly wholesale and retail Volume Planning
  • Achieve consistent monthly wholesale and retail target
  • Closely work on Profitability of OEM & Dealership
  • Planning & Budgeting for ATL & BTL (Activity planning, Test Drive Campaigns, customer meets)
  • Short Term & Long-Term Target setting
  • Coordinating with HO Team to drive business in the Zone.
  • Handling Dealer concerns & ensuring confidence in Channel
  • New City Launches
  • Institutional & Govt Sales, closely work b2b deals in the region, both on new leads generation and execution of closed leads
  • Review Dealership Performance
  • ETBR and LSM adherence
