Monitoring performance of ASM & TSMs in the assigned region
Training of Internal & Dealership Team on Sales
Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly wholesale and retail Volume Planning
Achieve consistent monthly wholesale and retail target
Closely work on Profitability of OEM & Dealership
Planning & Budgeting for ATL & BTL (Activity planning, Test Drive Campaigns, customer meets)
Short Term & Long-Term Target setting
Coordinating with HO Team to drive business in the Zone.
Handling Dealer concerns & ensuring confidence in Channel
New City Launches
Institutional & Govt Sales, closely work b2b deals in the region, both on new leads generation and execution of closed leads
Review Dealership Performance
ETBR and LSM adherence
Activity planning
