Funding - The company has successfully raised two rounds of funding – ₹12 Cr from Axilor and Anicut – and is in the process of closing its next round at $3M. About the Role - PTL Manager ● Function: Operations ● Location: Pune ● Experience: 7- 12 years ● Working Format: 6-day working model ● Education: Strong academic pedigree preferred; focus on hands-on leadership. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage the domestic PTL logistics division, focusing on growth, efficiency, and service excellence. ● Design and implement network models and hub-and-spoke operations to streamline PTL movements across cities. ● Build and maintain strong partnerships with fleet owners, transporters, and logistics providers to ensure capacity and reliability. ● Monitor and ensure timely dispatches, deliveries, and adherence to service-level commitments. ● Drive cost-efficiency initiatives while upholding service quality standards. ● Oversee all documentation, billing processes, and regulatory compliance for PTL operations. ● Address customer escalations promptly and implement quick resolution mechanisms. ● Establish robust operational SOPs and KPIs to track performance, productivity, and efficiency. ● Utilize technology and data-driven insights for route optimization, load consolidation, and continuous performance improvement. ● Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of operations managers and field executives.
