Master&#39;s degree/<br /> PhD preferred.<br /> ● Domain Expertise: Strong technical expertise in adhesives, polymers,<br /> sealants, or construction chemicals, with knowledge of formulation chemistry<br /> and material science.<br /> ● Experience: (&gt;= 2 years) Prior experience of working in the formulation<br /> department for any chemical industry (pharma, cosmetics, agri, construction,<br /> etc). Successfully led R&amp;D projects formulating products that align with<br /> business objectives and timelines.<br /> ● Core Strengths: First principle thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a<br /> focus on driving product development through fast execution strategy.<br /> ● Soft Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability<br /> to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</div>
