<div>JOB DESCRIPTION Position / Grade : Regional Sales Manager – East Department, Function : Retail Sales Location : Kolkata Reports to (Position) : Zonal Sales Manager- West and East Job Summary (The primary purpose or objectives and an overall description of the position) : Key objective: ● Lead large and medium businesses and work strategically with key customers, key focus handset resellers and Channel partners with a large distribution footprint ● Engage with the Key Accounts of geography to drive attachment of One Assist Protection plans on new devices of various OEMs getting procured as well as existing devices being used by employees/company. ● Understanding the handset /CD market within these accounts and build suitable business development plans to maximize One Assist’s sales opportunities within these accounts.</div>

<div>List The Duties and Responsibilities (That are significant in achieving the objectives of the job) ● Handling handset and consumer durable Channel Network of sellers / resellers ▪ Partner Selection and Appointment ▪ Daily channel operations management. ● Manage and facilitate collections from channel partners as per company policy ● Meeting Key retailers directly for business and crack the order. The Key account management and relationship ownership has to be strongly maintained. ● Achieving Targets Value targets Volume targets Across product Mix</div>

<div>Team building and management – manage and drive performance through the team ● Coordination with various departments, like Operations, IT, Mktg, Finance, service etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding, activation and customer experience. ● Providing regular and timely feedbacks from Customers and Business Partners Experience Required (Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required Please also state what might be desirous / advantageous) ● Minimum 12 -15 years in managing channel sales and large handsets / consumer durable accounts. ● Experience in working with key stakeholders of large/medium handset dealers. ● Must have worked in Mobile OEM with experience of selling Smartphones/Tablets. ● Experience and expertise in the Mobile OEM segment sales through Channel/business partners ● Excellent communication & presentation skills with negotiation capabilities</div>
