Roles & Responsibility:
 

Driving Customer lifetime value
o
Driving innovation and efficiency in customer acquisition, customer experience and retention
o
Owning the D2C P&L
o
Building a customer persona to drive new initiatives
o
Driving content and media strategy to enhance brand awareness

New product launch planning and activation - across channels
o
Influencer collaborations, Media planning and execution of other promotions ideas

Drive initiatives to build Brand Pull- Trade Marketing initiatives, POP displays, store branding, BTL, ATL, Exhibitions , Awards , etc.
 

Owning and driving the Overall Marketing Calendar aligned with key seasons events

Piloting and driving US Marketing Plan- Tik Tok / Influencer / PR to align with business goals

Leading Brand Partnerships and collaboration
 
Skills Required:
 

Strong individual performer

Detail orientation

Inter-personnel skills

Networking and PR

Understanding of technology to ensure effective use
