Owning the D2C P&L<br />

Building a customer persona to drive new initiatives<br />

Driving content and media strategy to enhance brand awareness<br />

New product launch planning and activation - across channels<br />
o<br />
Influencer collaborations, Media planning and execution of other promotions ideas<br />
•<br />
Drive initiatives to build Brand Pull- Trade Marketing initiatives, POP displays, store branding, BTL, ATL, Exhibitions , Awards , etc.</div>

Owning and driving the Overall Marketing Calendar aligned with key seasons events<br />

Piloting and driving US Marketing Plan- Tik Tok / Influencer / PR to align with business goals<br />
