Job Summary

The Azure & Power Platform Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using Azure services and the Power Platform. This role will contribute to enhancing customer implementations through customizations in Dynamics 365 and lead a team in utilizing modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Azure services including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, SQL Database, and more.
• Create and maintain applications using Power Platform tools such as Apps, Automate, Business Intelligence (BI), and Virtual Agents.
• Customize and integrate Dynamics 365 for various customer implementations.
• Utilize C#, .NET, TypeScript, and Node.js for full-stack development.
• Implement identity and access management solutions (Azure Active Directory, OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Employ modern development practices including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and optimize databases for improved performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years building software with at least 2 years in a leadership role for other developers.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Azure services and Power Platform.
• In-depth knowledge of identity, authentication, and authorization best practices.
• Proficient in C#, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Collaborative leadership style, with a focus on mentoring and conducting code reviews.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Azure or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience in developing user interfaces for AI-powered applications.
• Extensive background in Dynamics 365 customizations and development.
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud platforms.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in software development, including 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Environment

• This position is remote, allowing flexibility in the work location.

Salary

• Estimated budget of 1.1 Lakh per Month + GST.
