Job Summary

We are seeking two PHP/MySQL Developers to work on our Verishield server solution and related web/mobile modules. This role is primarily focused on designing, developing, and implementing pharmaceutical software solutions, with a strong emphasis on API development. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement pharmaceutical software solutions for both web and mobile platforms.
• Document project procedures and code effectively to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Add features and enhancements to existing software products as required.
• Conduct mock testing to ensure software reliability and quality.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end/mobile developers, particularly those using React Native.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP and JavaScript modules to support application functionality.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Solve complex performance problems that arise during development.
• Integrate data storage solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and web/mobile developers to create user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of synchronous behavior in PHP.
  • Proficient in MVC design patterns.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, JSON, and front-end technologies including Ajax, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Working knowledge of React Native for cross-platform mobile application development.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP API development for integration purposes.
  • Familiarity with API versioning, security, and documentation best practices.
  • Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, and Flexbox Grid.
  • Proficient in database schema design as well as in writing stored procedures.
  • Experience with version control systems such as SVN or Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MySQL and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with mobile debugging and emulators/simulators.
• Experience using JIRA or similar project tracking tools.
• Knowledge of PHP frameworks like Phalcon, Laravel, or Symfony.
• Familiarity with .NET development.
• Understanding of NoSQL databases.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with PHP and MySQL.

Environment

• This position is located in Kandivali, Mumbai, and is strictly a work-from-office role. Only local candidates from Mumbai will be considered.

Salary

• The budget for this position is ₹6.6 LPA, equating to ₹55,000 per month.
