Job Summary

The Zuora CPQ Specialist will play a critical role in managing finance and accounting software applications within our enterprise applications team. This position is essential for streamlining core business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report workflows. By leveraging technology and business strategy, the Specialist will enhance billing, subscription management, and revenue recognition efficiency while facilitating seamless system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows, focusing on complex subscription models, renewals, and amendments in Zuora.
• Develop, test, and maintain Zuora subscription billing and Zuora Revenue solutions.
• Collaborate with management and departments to create and manage complex processes systematically.
• Integrate Zuora with other systems, such as Zuora CPQ, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, and various web-based customer platforms.
• Manage subscription product catalogs and configure additional subscription models as required.
• Create and maintain customizations, workflows, data exports, and imports within Zuora.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora integrations and customizations.
• Train new and existing users on system functionality and provide technical support.
• Document processes, policies, application configurations, and help materials.
• Keep users informed about system functionality and enhancements, log identified system problems, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the finance systems landscape.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Zuora CPQ/Billing Products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of the Zuora platform, including Zuora Admin, objects, APIs, and Zuora 360.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flows, and Approval Processes.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with finance and operational requirements.
• Proven track record of reducing manual billing errors through process automation.
• Familiarity with relational databases and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of ASC606, IFRS15, and SOX Compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on Zuora development experience, particularly with Zuora CPQ and Billing modules.
• Zuora Billing Administration experience, including product catalog management and rate plan configuration.
• Certifications in Zuora Billing & Revenue.
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Workato, and Dell Boomi.
• Experience with Coupa, Zip, and Navan.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Enhanced reporting capabilities for financial forecasting and compliance audits.

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience.

Environment

• Work location is PAN India, with a preference for candidates located in Bangalore, Chennai, Gurugram, or Hyderabad.
• Candidates should be willing to work in PST hours and be on-call for critical billing cycles and system issues.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹20-30 LPA.
