This unique opportunity is a combination of cloud/SaaS-based healthcare, diagnostics, genomics, and cutting-edge research.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an India-based role (fully remote) and you will directly report to the Chief Technology Officer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs, and collaboration with subject matter experts.</li> <li>Own the successful delivery of your roadmap and share the success of the overall portfolio.</li> <li>Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies.</li> <li>Build effective relationships that matter at leadership levels of the organization with engineering, bioinformatics, research and development, marketing, and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop communications material, value propositions, and high-level strategic insights for internal as well as external teams</li> <li>Communicate the vision of the product, value proposition, and release goals to the cross-functional team and leadership as part of the release planning process.</li> <li>Ultimately, lead, develop, and manage a team of product managers.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p> <p>Must have:</p> <ul> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational skills</li> <li>Excellent communication &ndash; both oral &amp; written</li> <li>Data-driven analytical approach &amp; problem-solving skills</li> <li>5+ years prior experience in software product management</li> <li>Expertise in documentation and pitch decks</li> <li>2+ years of working experience in technology</li> <li>3+ years managing a team</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, clinicians &amp; clients with equal ease</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Good to have</p> <ul> <li>Product leadership experience especially in the health tech domain</li> <li>Demonstrated passion for AI</li> <li>Experience with PM productivity tools (JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li> <li>5 years of cloud/ SaaS product management experience</li> <li>Effective leadership skills and ability to listen, communicate, and motivate teams</li> <li>Ability to guide and mentor colleagues for effective decision-making</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Customer-centric mindset</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Work</strong></p> <ul> <li>Travel (up to 10%)</li> <li>Remote role</li> <li>Compensation: Open to discussion</li> </ul> </div>
