Job Description
- head of marketing and branding when distribution goes high then we have to take up innovative ways of approaching the marketing efforts.<br /> Frugal Marketing??<br /> may get some folks who have handled east markets and specially tire 2 and 3 cities. <br /> FMCG / FMCD industry (somebody working in a print media set up will be difficult)<br /> East experience is a must. <br /> Product marketing and branding; can look at profiles from Agency background<br /> trade marketing will not form a part of this, it will sit with sales head role <br /> Performance marketing, modern formats of marketing is expected <br /> DGM is heading the marketing along with 5-6 members team. <br /> DGM will report to head of marketing <br /> Marketing Budgets - 12-15 crs on branding last year<br /> As the co expand it will go up (30 crs approx.)<br />
