Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough application testing and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Generate and manage test cases based on use case scenarios.
- Engage in manual testing and manage the bug lifecycle effectively.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to ensure timely and efficient product releases.
- Utilize bug tracking and test case management tools (JIRA, Azure TFS, Git) for project management.
- Test applications across multiple browsers and mobile devices to ensure compatibility and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related field.
- 4+ years of application testing experience.
- Proficient in use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
- Understanding of Relational database models and experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test case management tools, such as JIRA, Azure TFS, and Git.
- Strong experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to conduct API testing (JSON, REST) using tools like Postman and JMeter for performance testing.
- Experience in creating automation tests using Playwright, Selenium, and JUnit/TestNG.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI testing tools such as Cursor or Copilot for creating automation tests.
- Exposure to Jenkins and SoapUI for automation and testing.
Experience
- Minimum of 4+ years in quality assurance or application testing roles.
