Key Responsibilities: 

Define and lead the architectural vision and strategy for enterprise infrastructure, collaboration platforms, and digital workplace solutions. 

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure environments (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid). 

Architect and optimize audio and video collaboration platforms, ensuring high availability and seamless user experience. 

Develop solutions for digital workplace management, including endpoint management, virtualization, device lifecycle, and integration of collaboration tools. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. 

Evaluate new technologies and industry trends; lead pilots and proof-of-concept projects to validate potential solutions. 

Drive automation, orchestration, and operational efficiencies within infrastructure and workplace domains. 

Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering and operations teams. 

Establish and maintain architectural standards, documentation, and governance processes. 

Manage vendor engagements and oversee solution evaluation and selection.

*Qualifications for Internal Candidates

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, or digital workplace technologies. 

Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise infrastructure and collaboration platforms. 

Expertise in audio/video collaboration technologies 

Strong background in digital workplace technologies, including endpoint management (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager), virtualization (Citrix, VMware), and enterprise collaboration suites. 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
