Job Summary

The Assistant Manager/Manager - FP&A will deliver strategic, data-driven insights through comprehensive financial analyses and projections. This role is essential in supporting management with actionable recommendations based on thorough evaluations and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of cash flow statements.
• Assist in forecasting and long-range planning processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Analyze monthly financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models using Power BI and Excel to support decision-making.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of key financial metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and management reports.
• Collaborate with business teams to evaluate new opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Power BI.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with advanced Excel functions, financial modeling, and dashboard creation.

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or similar roles.
