Job Summary

The Saas Application Administrator is responsible for the enterprise administration and operations of critical SaaS applications. This role ensures seamless integration, administration, and support for tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, LDAP, and SSO/OKTA integrations. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will independently manage operational tasks and escalations while enhancing runbooks and processes, contributing directly to the excellence of client services.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage enterprise SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, and LDAP.
  • Independently implement and support SSO integrations using OKTA.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding requests, including processing manual entries.
  • Oversee Slack apps, Google Marketplace listings, and Slack channel share requests.
  • Review current runbooks to identify improvement gaps and ensure they remain current and effective.
  • Triage, process, and resolve operational requests while escalating advanced issues to the Ops and Identity Engineering teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS application administration.
  • Proficiency in administering Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, and LDAP.
  • Strong expertise in SSO processes and OKTA integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and triage operational requests.
  • Demonstrated customer service aptitude, working professionally with non-technical users and third-party vendors.
  • Familiarity with runbook management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Educational qualification such as BTech, BSc, or a related degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale SaaS administration and operational support.
  • Experience managing integrations and customizations across multiple enterprise platforms.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic work settings.

Experience

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SaaS applications administration and operations.
  • Extensive background managing enterprise-level tools and working in a support-intensive role.

Environment

  • Work Mode: Hybrid, operating on a US shift schedule.
  • Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Coimbatore.
  • Permanent position under ATMECS.
  • Work environment is fast-paced and requires readiness for a 24x5 US time zone friendly schedule.
