Key Responsibilities:
Brand Building & Strategy
● Develop and execute brand positioning and architecture strategies for multiple
food categories.
● Partner with leading branding and marketing agencies to create a cohesive
brand manual that defines visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
● Drive brand storytelling that connects with consumers on an emotional level
and enhances brand recall.
Marketing & Campaigns
● Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital,
retail, and experiential platforms.
● Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop high-impact social
media content, advertising campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
● Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI
Packaging & Creative Development
● Lead packaging design and innovation to ensure product differentiation and
premium appeal.
● Work with designers, agencies, and suppliers to bring unique packaging concepts
to life that enhance shelf visibility and brand perception.
● Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry guidelines for packaging and
product claims.
Content Creation & Digital Presence
● Oversee photoshoots and videoshoots for the product portfolio, ensuring
high-quality assets for online listings, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns.
● Develop content strategies that highlight product uniqueness and brand values.
● Optimize digital assets for e-commerce platforms, ensuring compelling product
descriptions and imagery.
Consumer Insights & Market Trends
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in
food branding and consumer preferences.
● Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance consumer
engagement.
● Build community engagement through interactive and innovative content.
