Senior Architect

Job Summary

The Senior Architect will play a critical role in overseeing and executing architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion. This position requires strong design thinking, expertise in working and detailed drawings, and the ability to bring creative and artistic elements to construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality design models and drawings, ensuring project milestones are met, and collaborating effectively with the team to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize 4-7 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design to lead projects.
• Create detailed models and drawings that accurately outline the architectural vision and meet project schedules.
• Apply advanced design thinking skills, contributing creative and artistic concepts beyond basic drafting.
• Plan, develop, and enhance design elements, integrating both functional and aesthetic considerations into construction projects.
• Produce comprehensive working and detailed drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Utilize rendering skills to visually communicate design concepts (candidates with strong rendering abilities are preferred).
• Demonstrate readiness and willingness to join the team immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent creative, presentation, and design thinking abilities.
• Experience with working and detailed drawings is mandatory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced rendering skills for effective visual presentation.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of additional design software (e.g., Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion).
• Ability to mentor junior designers and architects.
• Experience working with diverse architectural styles and project types.

Experience
