Lead end to end delivery of ERP implementation project  Manage project deliverables, identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans etc  Manage the communication with the program stakeholders (customer, product vendor and system integrators) on program status, change management etc.  Oversee and assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP project deployment including (but not limited to): business process configuration, documenting As-Is and To-Be flows, define business rules, configure user Interface, integrate external systems (when required), manage training  Drive the overall project delivery to a successful conclusion through robust program management techniques  Manage and Handle IT and ITGC Audit  Coordinate with IT System Implementing vendor and Manage deliverables  Manage Internal stakeholder around the system new enhancements and solutions
