Job Responsibilities:
 
The Rural Sales Head is a senior-level role responsible for leading and managing the sales operations in rural areas. This position requires a deep understanding of rural markets, strong leadership skills, and the ability to devise and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
 Develop and implement sales strategies for rural markets, aligning with overall business objectives. Identify opportunities and challenges specific to rural areas and create plans to address them.
 Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on achieving targets and expanding market share. Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the team's success.
 Conduct thorough research to understand the unique characteristics of rural markets, including customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior. Use insights to adapt product offerings and sales approaches accordingly.
 Would be reporting to COO.
 Set ambitious sales targets for the rural region and track progress. Implement initiatives to drive sales growth, such as product launches, promotions, and distribution expansion.
 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key rural customers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
 Provide training and skill development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement abilities.
