We are seeking an Engineering Manager I to lead a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-impact solutions. You will be responsible for managing development cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable software products. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. ● Drive technical execution by ensuring high-quality design, architecture, and coding practices. ● Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and development processes. ● Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and execute technical roadmaps. ● Ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices in software development. ● Implement and advocate for engineering best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps strategies. ● Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement. ● Manage team performance, conduct regular feedback sessions, and support career growth. ● Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant. Required Skills: ● Strong programming background in languages like Java, Python, Go, or Node.js. ● Experience in designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure). ● Knowledge of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. ● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers.
