Job Description We are seeking an experienced Ruby Lead
Developer to join our team. As a Ruby Lead
Developer, you will be responsible for leading
the development and maintenance of Ruby
applications. You will work closely with a team of
developers, providing technical guidance, and
ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable,
and efficient software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities ● Lead the development and maintenance
of Ruby applications, ensuring
adherence to coding standards, best
practices, and project requirements.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including product managers and
designers, to understand project
specifications and translate them into
technical requirements.
● Architect and design software solutions,
taking into account scalability,
performance, and maintainability.
● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient
code using Ruby and related
frameworks.
● Conduct code reviews, provide
feedback, and mentor junior developers
to ensure code quality and knowledge
sharing.
● Collaborate with backend developers to
integrate Ruby applications with
databases and other backend systems.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends
and advancements in Ruby and related
technologies.
● Troubleshoot and debug issues in
software applications, identifying and
implementing effective solutions
