Job Summary

The Head of Product/VP Product will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution within the organization. This role is essential for ensuring that products align with customer needs and company goals while driving user engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering and product teams to ensure aligned goals and efficient communication.
• Scale architecture and infrastructure to support growing product and user demands.
• Participate in sales calls to understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Utilize Business Resource Tools (BRT) to manage the product life cycle and optimize business and technical processes.
• Leverage prior experience in building products within this domain to guide product strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant product management experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience scaling platforms and teams in product-based or logistics/e-commerce companies.
• Strong technical acumen with a good grasp of software architecture and the ability to engage with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with data analytics and user experience best practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in a leadership role within product management, demonstrating success in scaling product offerings and teams.

Environment

• This position operates in an office environment with a 6-day working model. Work from home is allowed on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
