Looking for an incumbent with 10-12 years in the mutual fund space

Strategic planning to develop various product lines on MF, PMS and AIF  

Continuous monitoring and benchmarking of existing products with relevant peers  

Competition tracking to identify trends of net inflows and outflows, new filings, ranking etc  

Developing value-add product communication, which is technical and insightful  

Product training and presenting for both internal and external audience  

Regulations and taxation pertaining to mutual funds, PMS and AIF  

Team management to deliver on routine day-to-day activities and also long-term vision of company  

Portfolio attribution, performance analysis, competition reviews and benchmarking  

Tactical product positioning as per market views, to maximize sales efforts
