Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the onboarding, transaction management, and customer experience

technology stack, including seamless digital onboarding for investors

•

Lead and execute technology and product innovation initiatives to scale the investor

base

•

Transform product strategy into high-quality engineering execution, ensuring timely

and effective delivery

•

Guarantee system reliability, scalability, and security across all digital platforms

•

Manage outsourced technology vendors, enforcing strict SLAs and maintaining

accountability

•

Drive automation initiatives and cost efficiency across technology operations

•

Develop and maintain products that customers proactively search for , compare, and

choose

•System Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable system architectures, cloud

infrastructure, and security protocols

Hands-on Execution: Ability to code and provide architectural guidance—not just

oversight but practical involvement in development

Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging and troubleshooting acumen

Vendor Management: Strong capability to select, manage, and enforce technology

Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven effectiveness in partnering with product
