Job Summary

The Oracle Intelligent Advisor will leverage their extensive experience to translate legislation and policy into actionable business requirements, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) solutions. This role is critical for facilitating effective communication between stakeholders while providing technical and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate legislation and policy into business requirements for end users to validate and verify transformation into OPA.
• Model, develop, conduct regression testing, and deploy the OPA project to production.
• Author OPA rules, debug issues, and develop interview screens while managing the Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub.
• Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle to devise optimal solutions.
• Provide technical and business advice to customers regarding the final solution and its successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly Oracle Policy Automation).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST Web Services.
  • Proficiency in OPA rule authoring and debugging.
• Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: OPA certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products such as Service Cloud/Right Now, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Sales, and Siebel.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor and related technologies.

Environment

• This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: $10 - $15 per hour.
