Job Description
Job Responsibility: • Financial Records Management: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and expense records. Prepare and post journal entries. • Financial Reporting: Generate accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Provide regular updates on financial performance to management. • Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with auditors as needed. • Reconciliation and Analysis: Conduct bank and account reconciliations regularly. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. • Payroll and Vendor Management: Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries. Manage vendor payments and maintain positive relationships with suppliers. • Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to improve financial processes and cost efficiency.
