Job Description
The Group CTO would more specifically be responsible for the following:
o IT Strategy, roadmaps and workforce plans.
o Architecture and Design.
o Development and Implementation within the planned time.
o Strengthen Business Controls through system controls.
o IT Security and Maintenance.
o Build best in class IT policies and processes.
o IT budgeting and forecasting.
o End-to-end business process harmonization.
o External Vendor Management.
o Create a culture of good Governance through technology.
o Ensure Statutory Compliances monitoring through technology.
o Achieve high levels of efficiency in making good returns vis-à-vis the investment made.
o Analyzing latest IT concepts/trends and update the organization.

Professional Experience/Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will be characterized by the following attributes:
Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in roles of increasing scope and
responsibility in diverse locations, including leading multiple regions.
Experience working as part of a multi-national company/ large Indian business house.
Experience leading a growth organization with increasing scale and dynamic operations
Proven track record in coordinating the needs of key stakeholders and aligning effective relationships across multiple regions/businesses.
Ability to comprehend various business issues/requirements and translate them to measurable actions.
Successful track record of building, managing and motivating high-performing, delivery-focused technology teams.
High personal Integrity to influence a work style that embraces global standards.
Experience in leading transformational change, sustainable and scalable growth.
Ability to create and manage strategic plans in complex environment.
Excellent leadership and team-working skills in an environment where priorities and goals can quickly change and evolve.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, diplomatic and business focused.
Very good foresight with an ability to identify potential future IT and business issues and opportunities,

Education :
A graduate degree in Engineering / Technology in Computer Science / Electronics & Communication from a reputed University is essential.
A Master’s degree in business administration from leading Indian or overseas institute would be preferred.
