<div>The Group CTO would more specifically be responsible for the following:&nbsp;<br /> o IT Strategy, roadmaps and workforce plans.&nbsp;<br /> o Architecture and Design.&nbsp;<br /> o Development and Implementation within the planned time.&nbsp;<br /> o Strengthen Business Controls through system controls.&nbsp;<br /> o IT Security and Maintenance.&nbsp;<br /> o Build best in class IT policies and processes.&nbsp;<br /> o IT budgeting and forecasting.&nbsp;<br /> o End-to-end business process harmonization.&nbsp;<br /> o External Vendor Management.&nbsp;<br /> o Create a culture of good Governance through technology.&nbsp;<br /> o Ensure Statutory Compliances monitoring through technology.&nbsp;<br /> o Achieve high levels of efficiency in making good returns vis-&agrave;-vis the investment made.&nbsp;<br /> o Analyzing latest IT concepts/trends and update the organization.&nbsp;</div> <div>Professional Experience/Qualifications :</div> <div>The ideal candidate will be characterized by the following attributes:&nbsp;<br />  Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in roles of increasing scope and&nbsp;<br /> responsibility in diverse locations, including leading multiple regions.&nbsp;<br />  Experience working as part of a multi-national company/ large Indian business house.&nbsp;<br />  Experience leading a growth organization with increasing scale and dynamic operations<br />  Proven track record in coordinating the needs of key stakeholders and aligning effective relationships across multiple regions/businesses.&nbsp;<br />  Ability to comprehend various business issues/requirements and translate them to measurable actions.&nbsp;<br />  Successful track record of building, managing and motivating high-performing, delivery-focused technology teams.&nbsp;<br />  High personal Integrity to influence a work style that embraces global standards.&nbsp;<br />  Experience in leading transformational change, sustainable and scalable growth.&nbsp;<br />  Ability to create and manage strategic plans in complex environment.&nbsp;<br />  Excellent leadership and team-working skills in an environment where priorities and goals can quickly change and evolve.&nbsp;<br />  Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, diplomatic and business focused.&nbsp;<br />  Very good foresight with an ability to identify potential future IT and business issues and opportunities,&nbsp;<br />  Excellent People Leader &ndash; able to influence and win respect from people.&nbsp;<br />  Ability to place IT in the context of broader company strategy and business results.&nbsp;</div> <div>Education :</div> <div> A graduate degree in Engineering / Technology in Computer Science / Electronics &amp; Communication from a reputed University is essential.&nbsp;<br />  A Master&rsquo;s degree in business administration from leading Indian or overseas institute would be preferred.&nbsp;</div>
