QA Lead – Automation Focus

Job Summary

The QA Lead will be responsible for owning the QA strategy with a strong emphasis on automation, enhancing our quality engineering processes, and mentoring a team of QA engineers. This role will contribute significantly to our rapid expansion and the delivery of high-quality releases, ensuring product stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA strategy with a strong focus on automation over manual testing.
• Design, implement, and scale automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate testing into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Define and track quality metrics to ensure product stability and performance.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, REST Assured, etc.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, CI/CD processes, and performance testing.
• Proven ability to reduce manual testing efforts by implementing scalable automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading QA initiatives in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Experience

• Minimum of 8–14 years of relevant QA experience, including significant time in a leadership position.
