The GM / VP Strategy will play a crucial role in defining and executing long-term growth strategies essential for the organization’s success. Responsibilities

- Develop a sustainable growth roadmap.

- Create structured sales processes.
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance frameworks.
- Improve lead conversion ratios.
- Design a high-performance sales team structure.

Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses both digital and offline marketing.
- Strengthen brand positioning.
- Improve lead generation cost efficiency.
- Introduce data-driven marketing analytics.

Business Development
- Build alliances with channel partners, corporates, institutions, and high-net-worth individual (HNI) investors.
- Explore joint venture (JV) models and land aggregation opportunities.

Systems & Scalability
- Implement effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Build dashboards for performance reporting.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scalability.
- Drive automation wherever possible.

Leadership & Culture
- Mentor senior team members.
- Foster a performance-driven culture.
- Act as a strategic sounding board to the Managing Director and a guide to the sales leadership team.
Qualifications
- 15–20+ years of experience in real estate industries.
- Proven track record in scaling revenue from mid-size to large organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, channel sales, digital marketing ROI, land acquisition, and project positioning.
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high emotional intelligence.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in leadership roles within fast-paced environments.
